Employers allocate a monthly budget through the employer console, granting employees access to diverse solutions, including medical options. You can customize the monthly stipend and family-sharing options. Employees access benefits conveniently through the Fijoya mobile app, where our AI tailors personalized recommendations. Payments are seamless with a virtual corporate card, which may only be used to purchase services and products in the app.

4. We already work with vendors that we love. Can I still work with Fijoya?

Yes! We can integrate existing contracts into the system, diverting employees to enroll without dipping into the Fijoya stipend. This flexibility ensures seamless integration with the vendors you are already working with.

5. We offer higher-price benefits to our employees. Can I still work with Fijoya?

Absolutely. Fijoya seamlessly accommodates higher-price benefits, such as IVF, for example. Employees can use Fijoya to access and pay for this benefit from the contracted vendor or a vendor of their choice, with a single-use virtual card issued for the designated amount. You'll have a dedicated Fijoya point person for seamless implementation, support, and questions that arise.
