Fijoya is a benefits engagement platform that helps you make the most of your benefits. You can use it to ask questions about your coverage, find out how specific services are handled, and access all your enrolled plans in one place.
Download the Fijoya mobile app via the App Store for iOS or Play Store for Android, or access the web version (MetTel OKTA portal under “My Apps” or web.fijoya.io).
Make sure you’re signing in with OKTA - if OKTA shows an error, contact your IT team.
If you were able to sign in to OKTA and you’re stuck in Fijoya’s sign-in process on your desktop web browser, try refreshing the page, switching to Chrome, or enable pop-ups in your browser settings.
Open the Fijoya mobile/web app and start typing your question - anything from “How do I file a vision claim?” to “How am I covered for an MRI?” The Assistant can help with plan details, usage, and coverage questions.
Use the menu in the Assistant tab, Profile tab, or Sign In page and select “Technical Support.” This will connect you with Fijoya’s technical support team
You can rate the answer using the thumbs up/down icons, select “leave feedback” in the assistant menu, or click the “Contact HR” button that appears after every answer to send an inquiry to the HR team.
No. Fijoya is HIPAA compliant. Your employer only sees anonymized, aggregated data - never individual questions or conversations.
Yes. Currently, the Assistant does not cover retirement plans (like 401(k)) or company-specific policies (e.g., time off or leave policies). For those, contact HR directly.
No. Fijoya is not a payroll system. Paycom continues to manage payroll and related functions.
The mobile app lets you access Fijoya anytime, anywhere. You’ll also get timely updates through push notifications.
No. Fijoya helps you navigate and understand your benefits but does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Your control over your data is important to us. To delete your account and associated data, please navigate to your profile settings in the Fijoya App or fill out our account deletion request form.
