An ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) is a health benefit where your employer contributes a monthly budget for you to purchase your own health plan.You choose a plan that fits your needs on a plan exchange, and pay using the virtual corporate card we issue for you.
You pay using the virtual corporate card issued automatically by Fijoya when you enroll.
You can still enroll using the virtual corporate card we’ll provide. The extra amount (advances provided by your employer) will be deducted from your future wages.
No. All payments must go through your virtual corporate card. This ensures your purchases are accurately tracked, your employer’s budget is applied automatically, and you get the full value of your available benefits without needing to submit expenses manually.

Where can I see my expenses and cards?
Login to Fijoya, and navigate to your Profile. Under the Payments settings you’ll find your expenses and cards.
If you don’t enroll, your employer budget isn’t used and you won’t receive ICHRA coverage. If you choose a plan with a premium below your budget, any unused funds simply return to your employer.
